The high reflectivity, textureless surface and complex draw shapes of stamped parts have long been blind spots for automated optical inspection — extremely fine cracks, hidden splits, dents and pitting are easily missed under strong reflection. Manual visual inspection is not only labor-intensive and subjective, but cannot keep up with the rising speed of modern stamping lines.

Built on the self-developed ShadePro camera and AI computational imaging, the stamped part inspection system overcomes this industry-wide challenge. It removes the subjective error of manual inspection and intercepts extremely fine surface and structural defects within the given production cycle, while digital inspection reports provide a process database for intelligent process control and full traceability.
