Manual visual inspection is inefficient, fatigue-prone and experience-dependent — ill-suited to mass production. The system introduces multi-modal fusion inspection of bolt holes, locating pins, clips and connectors on battery packs and trays, detecting wrong and missing parts online with data flowing into MES for a full life-cycle quality loop.
