The geometric profile, cross-section volume and coating position of sealant beads directly determine whether workpieces leak, whether structural connections stay intact, and whether vibration causes rattling. Viscosity fluctuation, air bubbles or robot speed changes easily introduce pores and overflow; manual inspection cannot quantify internal cross-sections or 3D volume, leaving connection-failure risks downstream.
