MVM Multi-View Measurement

For medium workpieces from under 1m to several meters, focused on extreme high-speed full inspection. A distributed array of cameras captures synchronized snapshots instantly, measuring hundreds of points in full dimension with wrong/missing-part detection within very short line cycles — ideal for high-cycle mass production with the strictest speed demands.

For years, high-precision online full inspection of large workpieces was a chokepoint: manual gauges and CMM are too slow for anything but offline sampling, leaving quality control on edge.

What we did: full-chain in-house breakthroughs across perception, optimization and layout brought multi-view measurement from lab to line, achieving full control from core algorithms to engineering deployment. Accuracy, cycle time and detection accuracy lead comparable products at home and abroad, with controllable cost, responsive service and fast new-variant adaptation.
